Development history

In 1991-------The new generation high-efficient and low-noised shear-style crushing equipment (also called V-style crushing equipment by some foreign colleagues) is developed by YAGOGUE people (patent for utility models, patent No.: 91228542.7).  The new technology in this patent-------all the fixed and rotor blades are crossed and inclined to form large scissor-angle, and the rotate curve of blades is uniparted hyperboloid, exerts a profound influence on the future development of rubber crushing industry

In 1995-------The theory that subdividing rubber crushing equipment into roughly crushing, secondary crushing, and finely crushing is established by YAGOGUE people together with Prof. GuoYouyi and Prof. HeXinkai from Xi"an Jiaotong University

In 2000------- The new generation shear-style tire crushing complete production line is formally put into service at ANLUN tire Group.

In 2002-------HUAGUAN Rubber and plastic Machinery Research Institute is formally established.

In 2006-------Our enterprise is able to manufacture equipments with various crushing manner-------including shear style, roller style, and grind style, and so on.

In 2010------- The new generation waste tire recycling complete production line for making rubber fine powder with the capacity of 15000 ton per year is formally put into service in HONGDA group

In 2012-------Our enterprise purchases over 40,000 square meters’ land in industrial park, and constructs over 29000 meters’ standard workshops and offices.

In 2014-------Our new plant is formally put into use, and we have been a very few enterprise which has long history and tremendous strength and which only focus on researching and manufacturing waste tire and rubber crushing machine, in China waste tire and rubber crushing machine manufacturing industry.
